YAY, MORE UNCOLORED CRAP.

It seems like everyone and their mom's pet dog want to draw a comic these days.
I do too. D:

I'm no expert writer, I can tell you that right now. D;
But there was this game developer who once said he'd like to make a game that HE would play.
And I want to make a comic that I would read.

So, if I ever do get around to making it, here's what it'll be like:

I might do it in full color, or I might do it in grayscale.
Not like boring-put-you-to-sleep-black-lines-with-a-bit-of-shading-grayscale, but more like a full-color-picture-turned-into-grayscale.
... Grayscale... That doesn't even sound like a word to me anymore... It's a word, right? D;

The story is about a shapeshifter.

Shapeshifters are "born" or "made" or "created" or whatever when someone seriously screws up their life, has massive regrets and doubts about everything they've ever done, _{or something to that effect}
and then dies.
These people's bodies don't dissapear, unless they were murdered and the killer decided to burn their bodies or something, so a shapeshifter would actually be able to attend his/her own funeral.
IF YOU EVER SEE SOMEONE WHO APPARENTLY HAS NO CONNECTION TO THE DECEASED AT A FUNERAL, IT MIGHT BE A SHAPESHIFTER--! D8
... Ahem...
The shapeshifter's new body appears the next day, usually within 100 yards of the spot they died. They then have exactly a year from the moment they died to comfort the ones they upset, set some people straight, etc.
The reason for the one year time limit?
A shapeshifter body can only hold together for a year minus one day. Nobody knows why.

What happens if they don't fix their mistakes?
Their body disappears and their soul gets stuck on earth. The good majority of these souls turn malignant/insane. That's where you get those ghost stories from. D8

TL;DR version: Our shapeshifter man screwed up his life, and he has a year to make it right or else he turns into a malignant spirit/ghost thing.

... While I'm on my little writing spree, I might as well give you a bit of info on our little Ludwig here:
He lost his memory when he was killed.

You see, he was killed by -censored for spoilers-.

You may have noticed the cute little smiley-face button he has on his tie.

But, you see, it was a -censored for spoilers-, and even though he lost his memory when he was killed, he still keeps it on him after he dies because it's that awesome and important. 8D
It's not the actual pin, though, because it was -censored for minor spoilers-, and shapeshifters don't have clothes.
... Not that he's naked. D8
_{You see, when I was coming up with an explanation for how shapeshifters can magically have clothes when they're "born" and their clothes can change when they shapeshift, I decided that the clothes are actually part of their body.
But they don't feel fleshy or anything... their body replicates the feel of the material and... stuff. D8}

I could give you a whole bunch of other random shapeshifter "facts" and stuff, but this description really doesn't need to be any longer. D;
