I'm using Super Sculpey: Firm like you did, using a BBQ stick like you, and I can't seem to get the clay to meld with it's other parts!
I've tried using water, smoothing it out, and all it does is keep cracking and falling apart! D:

Water doesn't really help with sculpey 'cause it's weird like that... Have you tried working and warming it up more with your hands before you attached it? It's easier to form it when it's warmed up a bit ;w;
