Everyone going to JAFAX, even if you're not, I want you to at least read some of this.

My super awesome close friend ~DragonRayne-kun might not be able to go to JAFAX.
What will Link be without his Zelda? Seriously, I don't know what I'll do if she can't go. We've been planning this for at LEAST five months, if not more.

The reason: Her parents said she wouldn't be able to go if she got a certain grade or lower on her report card. She missed it by ONE point. ONE.
This journal might not change anything... Indeed, it probably won't, but the LEAST we can do is give her some support. I was on the phone with her as she read off the grades on her report card. She sounded so heart-broken, guys! All I could do was listen to her sniffle over the phone and imagine how lonely I would be without her with me at JAFAX.

Sure, I'll probably see at least ten other people there that I know, but that's not the same. I love all the people I'm going to see there, but I didn't start planning this out with them. I didn't talk on the phone nearly every day with them about how awesome it was going to be, going there together. I didn't joke with them about how out of character we were probably going to be the whole time. They didn't put up with my "OMG I'M SO EXCITED THERE'S ONLY 97 DAYS LEFT BLAH BLAH" EVERY DAY in school. They didn't help me out bunches with my cosplay. I don't owe them NEARLY as much as I owe her.

If you could just give up a couple minutes of your time and comment here or on her page, it'd be nice. Maybe just a couple words of comfort or sympathy, "I wish you could come" or whatever.

I need my Zelda with me. <3 ;~;
