I can luckily use no recipe and still cook fine foods. It's both in expirience, heart and thought about the foods. Jumbling random ingredients doesn't always comeout like a dinner, and the right spices are necessary.
I've cooked with three friends of mine, a improvization dinner of our skills combined... And it was delicious!
We made spiced rice, with some sort of shoarma mix and paprika and horseradish sauce (my bestest friends special sauce...) and some fancy salad with champignons etc. It was a large amount of food, but it all got eaten - That feel is good...
